I am not protecting the OP here, as if all players were refunded then sure no CPA need to be paid for them.

But in general yes of course, if someone doesn't like the quality for the traffic (and they agreed on CPA), for sure they need to voice it. If i am working on CPA, i am working on CPA until the program update me otherwise. What over way i can know.

and also it is possible that program stops CPA even for normal traffic - not willing to risk, not willing to wait for players to play, or just simple shaving.

Now, i do not refer to this case in particular as from what it seems TOP1 refunded all players and offered a fair solution, but in general your comments might come back and bite you in case of some fraudulent program (again, not referring to TopOne)

They only pay for legitimate traffic and that's it. You have to prove it that they are wrong, not vice versa. What do you expect them to say? "Dear sir, please stop this traffic or we may switch you to revenue share and then you will stop immediately since you know that it is not a quality traffic. So in order to save money please stop paying these players since we don't want you to overspend and start complaining."

Looks like you were anti-scammed and try to do everything to cover the losses. Should have taken the 1K and concluded this story.

If you believe otherwise, start working with another brand, use this traffic and share your results here. We will see how that works out.

Cooperation between an advertiser and a partner is not just about checking the results once a month and paying for it. This is a constant analysis and provision of information to the partner about the results of the analysis. Toponepartners hid the results of qualitative traffic metrics as much as possible. If everything is bad, then why didn’t they provide us with a report? We repeatedly asked, called and communicated, but Toponepartners constantly avoided answering.
Unfortunately, I think the point here is that we simply did not fall into a well-structured scheme of work for the advertiser’s affiliate team. We would first like to receive the July payment that Toponepartners agreed upon. Everything was ok there with traffic for July and this was confirmed by them.

Companies in this industry, who have 70 employees, also have their lawyer on speed-dial. Or they have a junior lawyer working as a full-time employee. I just find it very, very strange that a company with 70 employees would post on AGD, asking for help, with payments. This thread just gets better every day!
