I visited iGamingPro's site today to make sure I had killed all my links and I wasn't referring any more players to Tradition, when something on their home-page caught my eye...
Can anyone tell me what they think this bit means?

I would read that as 'No Negative Carryover', but of course they have stated that they do have Negative Carryover.

I have no idea what that means, but it is VERY confusing to new affiliates, IMO.

I think it's the last time that i post in this website : i have no time to lose with liers.

Here you are extract from email message sent to STREAKGAMING 22TH bebruary 2010.

For what I said about our initial intention no to do negative carry over
and that plans were changed at the opening, here is the proof :
Index of /swf
You can see the dates on the server, anyway even if you don't believe it
look at the banners, you can not ever have never seen them before. We
prepared them before the opening in October and never used them because the
owners prefered to launch an offer with negative carryover BUT with 70%
twice a year, and a negotiation with the affiliates who have negative
carryover.

So, she has the link of the SWF. She gave the link to KASINOKING and he created a fake. He didn't created a screenshot showing our URL because it was more difficult : need to modify your host file and redirect it toward your webserver...

As explained to BONUSTREAK, this flash animation is not used on your website since JULY 2010!!! And our affiliates program has been launched about 1st November 2010.

Here you are our last update :

The last time we made an update on index was about 27 TH september 2009, before we launch.

No need to answer to this post : i'm deeply disgusted from KASINOKING and BONUSTREAK attitude. Never i could imagine how affiliates can be so liers! You make me sick and give me need to vomit.

A program telling affiliates they make him/her sick and want to vomit? How unprofessional is that?

After admitting there were mistakes in the FAQ regarding negative carry-over, and not clearly stating there is a negative carry-over in the terms, it's no wonder affiliates weren't aware of the negative carry-over term.

Instead of blaming the affiliates, you should try accepting responsibility for not communicating this term clearly. Calling affiliates liars, etc., solves nothing. That only makes YOU, Tradition Casino look very bad.

Maybe all this confusion could have been avoided if someone fluent in the English language wrote the FAQ, terms and posted.

After reading this thread, I have no interest to promote this casino.

Dude I don't know wtf your on about and really I don't care since you have just shown to all affiliates how unprofessional you are! Also if your accusing kasinoking and myself both who are long time standing honest affiliates of something you damn well better come to the table with proof!! I don't even know what your talking about anyway.

I have never shared emails before but for this situation I am going to do so and I have forwarded the mails to other webmasters to show that I am not committing fraud or lies. Start from the bottom up and I have edited out first or last names of others one of which is my busines partner who was talking at first to this man and after I realized what was going on I took over.

That part that you quoted Mojo was in reference to the fact that they did NOT have a negative carry over in their terms and I was letting the man know that I was in the middle of finishing the review of the terms and conditions and I knew for a fact the term was not there and on the front page they advertised no negative carry over.

I am not concerned about the money and have pretty much wrote it off. But there are others that are owned quite a bit more then me and they deserved to be paid plain and simple.

How was your break Mojo, I hope it was a well rested break.

That is fortunate for you that you don't care about the money. There are many affiliates that do and do not have a 'position'. Thanks for helping on behalf of all I guess. I don't feel that AGD should be a threatening tool. It devalues the impact of AGD. We should start a new thread. Who exactly is this 'team' ? I don't think I have heard Andy define it. The team decides who is who at AGD? Who has the last word?

I suppose we should talk about my 'break'. It will derail this thread but it was on it's way out anyway. I am never on break. This is my livilihood. I chose not to post anymore because I am very disheartened on the way things work. Please enlighten me.

So, she has the link of the SWF. She gave the link to KASINOKING and he created a fake. He didn't created a screenshot showing our URL because it was more difficult...
I'm almost speechless - that's rare for me!

a) Bonustreak didn't give me anything - link or otherwise.
b) I haven't "created a fake" of anything or lied about anything. How DARE you call me a liar!!!

I don't know why I'm bothering with this post but just in case you have a "sit back & reflect" moment let me remind you:
YOU (Igaming.pro) ADMITTED in this very thread that you had made a mistake and that your FAQs DID state you DID NOT have negative carry-over.
(You also admitted that NCO was not mentioned anywhere in your terms)

YOU made the mistake, not me.

But instead of apologizing and making any sort of effort to compensate affiliates who signed up under false pretenses, you turn around and start making the most ridiculous accusations and assumptions about affiliates that I have EVER seen!

You really are the most incompetent and inept affiliate manager I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.

It's at times like this that I REALLY wish there was proper regulation in this industry - you would be SOOOOO busted.

This is why Tradition is Rogued on DOCH.

After the Blackjack incident; obviously no accident, the Casino Manager/Owner has been busted doing other shify sh!t with her affiliate program.

Personally I'd be really careful with any Rival white label.

As affiliates you may not see this as a problem but it's the players your referring that have to deal with late payments and other generalized moronic behaviour from Rival generic support.

All this adds up to players you referred from your site(s) not being happy.
What happens after that should be obvious.

Cheers

:)

Mojo this thread is not about your dislike of me and I have no intention of getting into a flame war with you I have business to attend to and will remain professional as I always am. As far as the team on AGD I have been on it from the start up years ago and EVERYONE knows this :) There are others that are on the team as well I think you know they are also moderators here on the forum. I will not answer anymore of your questions direct them to Andrew via a pm about the team and what they do.

Cheers!

Now back to this thread that is very important!

PS. Not sure why your still confused on who exactly is on the team here since you and Joe met every single one of us in Vegas. We have not changed since and have no intentions of changing anytime soon.
I hope we all get to do this trip again to Vegas this year if so maybe you can come meet the team again that would be SO GREAT!! ;D

I don't dislike you BS! That is a misconception. We don't always agree but I have always been fond of you. If we ever get to meet again we need to go out for a beer! I did start another thread so as not to derail any further.

As for Tradition, it has gotten me to a point where I don't know if I should be promoting Rivals at all anymore.

After talking to a few non white label Rival casinos I've decided to lift the blacklisting of the following Rival Casinos from DOCH:

SlotoCash
Black Diamond
Box 24 Casino

However all white label Rival casinos remain unchanged.

I've chosen this path because all use the Rival generic support (which at best is pathetic). In addition the Rival processing arm of the generic support has been stuffing players about and reneging on and exceeded their maximum 5 day payment promise. Whilst purposely playing stall tactics.

Until Rival commences an internal shake of their customers support services including their payment processing, all Rival white labels shall remain blacklisted on dodgyonlinecasinohistory.net

Cheers

:)

Don't forget that BetUS is also a non-white label.
