Since January 2024, the manager of trafficake.com has been emailing me.
(EvoPlay structure) 8 months could not agree on a deal.
In August made a cancerous mistake and started trafficake.
There was no payment for more than a month and a half and then paid 2,615€ less.
At the moment the manager is not in contact.
No dialogue, claims that everything is paid for
trafficake is a scammer

Dear @alexlyric ,
You discussed this situation with your affiliate manager earlier and got the resolution, we have nothing to hide, and we can discuss it publicly as well. To save time, let's get straight to the point.

In short: You received the full payment according to the CPA deal that had been announced and offered to you while you were driving us traffic. Your traffic did not meet our KPIs, which are clear and easy to fulfill. Your traffic was of low quality, and numerous multi-accounts of your referred users were detected. Consequently, for failing to meet the KPIs, your traffic should not have been paid for at all, but still we paid you in full.

Now, let’s go into more detail about the situation.
The final payment amount depended on your rate, which, due to the low quality of your traffic, was reduced after the start of our cooperation. Of course, our manager promptly contacted you before the rate was reduced and explained the reason for such an action. You were unhappy with the rate reduction, and we completely understand you. But where do you see a violation of obligations? We assessed your traffic on the go and gave you feedback of its low quality and offered you either to stop it or to drive it at a lower rate. Below is a screenshot of your correspondence with the manager.

Our manager informed you regarding the rate decrease in advance, but you were out of contact. Later, you replied that you were on a day off. We were not informed of this, and the campaigns were active, with traffic continuing to be referred to us. Additionally, your profile did not indicate any “day off” status, so we reached out to you during working hours and had to wait for a response, which came only the next day. We notified you of the rate decrease in a timely manner, without violating any agreement.

Regarding the quality of your traffic: we have few KPIs, and they are simple and were agreed with you:

  • The user shall be actively playing.
  • Multi-accounts of the same user are not paid. We pay for a unique user account.
14 leads (worth EUR 1935) were rejected due to multi-accounting and player inactivity.
Overall, your traffic achieved a 17% monthly payback. The total amount of deposits for August was 2 081.65 EUR, we paid you 9,760 EUR. Despite the fact that the purchased traffic did not generate a sufficient return, we still paid you in full.

Our manager provided you with all the information in personal chats.

Your point that you have already paid your media-buyers based on the previous rate was taken into account. However, we work on a post-pay basis and you are aware of it. How you work is your own business and responsibility. Our task is to inform you or a manager on your part about the rate change. If you fail to inform your media-buyers about new rate, it is your responsibility.

Let's summarize from this case:
  • If you have a day off, notify your affiliate manager or add another employee to the chat who can pick up the communication.
  • Communication should be fast. We provide prompt support and expect the same from partners so that such questions do not arise.
  • We value our partners and have been working with many of them for years, but quality traffic is important to us, which brings profit to both the affiliate and us. Paying for low-quality traffic in the long term is impossible, and in this we are no different from others in the market.
