After receiving the initial email in November we took the appropriate steps and received the ok that things were good. Then we get the "your account is inactive" email just last week. After replying and including the "ok email" in November we received this email....

Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for the email, and apologies that your account was suspended. I have reopened this immediately.

Kind Regards,
32Red Affiliate Team

Well guess what.....we can't access the account and so far emails are going unanswered.

Would just like to report that our account is now opened.

Also, why are the earnings with 32Red so much less than the earnings with other Microgaming affiliate programs? I see affiliates comment about this time and time again, and I see it myself with my own accounts. 32red has the exact same set of games, yet the earnings are 5% of what other programs bring in. That seems odd, and with so many others noticing the same thing, can it be just a coincidence?
32Red was my biggest single earner in December (across all 200-ish casinos I promote), as they have been a few times in the last 2 years. And they were a very close second best earning MG casino behind (ironically) Go Wild for the whole of 2014.

It IS hard to convert casinos who have such a high TV advertising campaign (32Red do a LOT of this in the UK), but if you get it right you can make it work.
(So either I've got it right, or I'm just a lucky bastard!)

So one last time for clarity... If a UK Player with a UK IP, clicks on a GoWild banner or link, they are redirected to 32Red BUT does the referring affiliate get credit for this referral?
It's a simple YES or NO answer
The answer is NO, you don't get tagged.

I do find this a VERY strange and disappointing way to do business from my best 2 MG programs, but what can you do?
I don't geo-target, but I have put big "No UK" messages next to all my banners and adds for Go Wild.
I'm certainly not going to cut off my nose to spite my face over this, but I do wish these programs would do the right and honourable thing by their loyal affiliates.

Unfortunately 32Red aren't going to LAC, but I will certainly tackle Go Wild over this.
Maybe someone from 32Red will turn up to CasinoMeister's party and I can have a quiet word with them there...?

Commendable gesture on your part KK but I think this goose has been well and truly cooked.

Instead of Alison and Mark being up front and answering the damn questions, they both choose to side step them. And then finally being backed into a corner Mark refuses to comment, instead uses my post to cry foul and use my valid questions, as an excuse, to not discuss these issues further.

Slice and dice it how you like but 32Red could, if they held a true concern for and wanted to do the correct thing by their loyal partners, track these referrals. Sadly 32Red see this as "free traffic" without having to pay affiliates. That's what I see (I'm sure others do to), this is the status qou of the matter as it currently stands!

Same here, got my account closed but I don't really promote them these days so I guess it's no biggie.

I could of sworn I read a reply post from you saying they didn't do that good for you. Don't remember when it was though.
