8.4.4 You are aware of and agree that players are allowed to withdraw not more than $9,990/£9,990/€9,990/ R99,900/DKK74,990/NOK74,990/SEK99,900 per month. If the amount to be withdrawn is greater than $9,990/£9,990/€9,990/R99,900/DKK74,990/NOK74,990/SEK99,900, the remaining amount will be placed back to the player's account, allowing the player to withdraw additional funds the following month in accordance with this term.

Totally and utter CRAP!

Nobody with a lick of intelligence believes that 10k is the most a casino can pay out in a MONTH (MONTH? words cannot describe the contempt I have for an establishment that won't let you cash out more than 10k a freakin' month)

Now I have to go check the max limit to cash out in week/month at all the places I promote to make sure they are non-existent or at least within reason.

..... sigh.

Dave said it best. You got any limits on the amount they can deposit in a month?

And don't give me a BS-insult-my-intelligence avoidance .... like the limits are up to their visa or master card either.

Visa and MC don't set limits on how much YOUR casino pays out ... why should they ever be mentioned in response to whether your casino has a limit on how much players can deposit.

..........

(edited to add: below is in response to Tropez's term)

You know it is painfully obvious that there are some who think they are SOOO much smarter than the public that they can hand out excuses that a third grader wouldn't buy ... and get away with it.

And it always amuses me how when the majority of the public DOES see thru these idiotic attempts to deceive and as such ... avoids these places ... that said establishments are SO smug because they have picked up a sliver of the amount of business they could have had ... had they treated the public as more than morons ....

and yes, tropez could be doing SOOO much more if they weren't scum.

..........

So please spare us with the usual BS about how its okay if we do it because johnny is doing it as well ...... spare us how its an attempt at being a help to the player ...

and AT LEAST have the balls to say it like it is ... we either can't afford ... or choose not to afford for reasons of security etc ... to pay out more than that much money per month.

Sorry to hear your negative month. I do hope it picks up for you, most of our affiliates are in the positive, and even if you feel we are too generous, that same generocity is among the reasons we have a 50% re-deposit rate. Not something many casinos can boast about.

Nick, you just bought yourself a full-out campaign on my sites ... lets see that happen.

.... and I trust that there's no issues with large depositors having their accounts frozen/closed ?

that has been a problem at other Rivals if you weren't aware. I can find the threads if necessary.

It is kind of sad, really. I'd like to know what happened to all the players I sent to Rival powered casinos in the past. Why have all but a handful stopped playing? Is it because they were banned? Were they shaved away after a certain time period? Or did most of them stop because they weren't interested in the games anymore? Either way, it isn't good, and at this point I kind of wish I'd sent the players elsewhere.

I'm thinking at this point that its lose little or lose big.

I don't see them turning the corner ... I mean how long have we been told that things were getting better or going to get better soon?

too long. I know that much.

@ Engineer
If you sent those player to Regal Affiliates, and have had any issues, please contact me, I'd be glad to go over your players, player by player to see what/if happened.

Nope, no problems with large depositors. As I stated in the other thread, it is normal for some high depositors to be fraud, if you are going to use a stolen CC or do a charge back, you'll do it for the highest limit, not the lowest.

And about depositing limits, we have those too. I have to admit, we need to work on getting them higher/removed, and trust me, that is a priority for us. We take your suggestions very seriously. Hense, some of the changes you have seen over here.

Kind Regards,
Nicolas Johnson
