Outstanding and nothing less than what I would expect of CWC :) Thank you, Martyn, and I don't *think* anyone really wants the email published , not even the Guru.

I do not want to offend anyone here and that is not my intention. Just sayin'.

Have to get that out of the way lol.

Isn't slot power the one that was rebranded from Absolute Slots? That was the one CAP was so sneaky about? CAP owned/ran Absolute and did not tell anyone. I'd have to get links but I'm sure most of you know.

I never promoted Slot Power because of that so no biggie to me. BUT if Slot Power is being directed to an affy tag to CWC, that needs to be stopped. Maybe Martyn can help? CWC is too good and too beloved to be involved in this. :)

I don't know about Vanguard either. Never promoted that one.

Please correct me if I am wrong. :p

Well, coincidentally, rumors over the past few days have been stirring in the industry that the casino our source spoke ill of, Absolute Slots, is also connected in some way to The Professor and his 'other company'.

Is it a little clearer now?

Some videos from the the APCW, CAP, and Lou Fabiano can be found at CasinoMeister. A thread discussion by industry insiders on the situation can be found at GPWA. Currently, the issue is not allowed to be discussed at the CAP forums.

Second, Lou and I were approached by a group of investors seeking our help in launching two new online properties: Absolute Slots, an online casino, and Cardspike, an online poker website.

From what I understand Lou and Warren sold their shares in the company long ago and were no longer associated with these clowns. I trust CWC 100% to do the right thing this 'dynasty' affiliate program (LOL only thing I can think to call them since they keep buying up properties like Rewards does:} ) is one of the mosted trusted RTG powered casino programs around all time! Don't forget everyone RTG was never trusted due to the stuff pulled by Virtual back in the day until CWC came along and made RTG known to be a safe and secure place to send our players.

LOl Bs, I agree. Martyn manages to stand up for ALL Rtg's and they should thank him! Unfortunatly, this sheet happens. But we are lucky to have the Martyns and the Renees etc.

Where do you think those cwc aff tags are going? How many portals are unknowingly sending traffic to that aff? Is it cap? It's not unreasonable to think so. :(

Martyn, darling, close that aff down. Amen! Rest in Peace. ;D LOL

Here is what happened. So sad that we were all fighting because of CAP.

Absolute slots changes their name to Slot power. - Gambling Portal Webmasters Association

I think it's safe to say that CAP is benifiting from the affilite tag. Sorry bs, really no offense but it really is infuriating. Unless you have proof otherwise, that is my conclusion. When being dishonest it comes back to bite right in the AZZ! (not you! LOL but warren, cap and anyone involved in that!)

I do luv u mucho bs. :D

Not a nice situation. But as soon as (if?) Martyn shuts them down they will simply open another affiliate account elsewhere. Your time would be better spent removing your links to them asap and then forgetting about them. After all if they simply went bust and your links went to a blank page you would still be no better or worse off.

Wrong! Sorry, but why would affs have links and banners and send them to another aff? I don't get the logic. Yes, remove the links but what about the hundreds of pages links are on that don't read this thread? Do you work for the other side? LOL The links are going to CWC affiliate tag from the Casino Itself.

Affs are being taken advantage of AGAIN (by cap)

Martyn, please, shut it down.

I am an affiliate (thankful that I never worked with these guys). Sorry but you (and others too) seem to think this is some conspiracy against affiliates. But it looks to me like they have gone under and are simply are redirecting all traffic to their domains regardless of where it came from. Enter one of the URLs without an affiliate account and you will see that I am right. Never attribute to malice that which can be explained by incompetence!

So the point is if you want to punish them, the quickest, easiest and most effective thing to do is remove the links then you don't have a problem. Complaining about it and closing down one affiliate account won't solve the problem as they can simply open another one. So just remove the links and problem solved.

I find that just silly because it would certainly solve the problem. Re-sign up all you want. You won't get paid. The link goes to Manhatten Slots, Martyn intercepts it...

Donate it to charity.

I have read your posts vladi and always admired them. But I can't agree with you on this one.

If you have a Slot Power or Vanguard banner, you are sending your player to CWC for another aff as we speak. Thanks! How do I get in on that? LOL

For Real?

Are affs getting credit for sending players to Manhatten via Slot Power?

Probably they are getting credit to Warren at Cap. HAHAHAHHAAAAA

How many banners/links are out there?

OMG what a mess.

What about the 500+ other affiliate programs they can sign up to almost instantly? Are you going to try to get every one taken down each time they sign up ... or just spend a couple of minutes removing links and be done with it, then move on to more productive things that benefit you instead?

Why on earth would you want to keep links and banners up to these people?

Your energy would be far better spent finding ways to improve your own site (in a general sense, not being specific to you mojo) than worrying about what some clowns who can't run a business are doing with residual traffic that is totally within your own power to stop.

Huh? I don't get the relevence.

This is about Slot Power and Cap Ripping us off again. All Martyn needs to do is shut down the affy account. Period.

I have no idea what the other 500 accounts you are talking about is. Anything redirected from slotpowerdotcom is disallowed.

Simple.

What is the argument? I don't get it. Except all the banners and links redirect currently to another AFF! Wrong!

Yeah, remove them LOL. What about the affiliates that haven't read here?

If they decide to redirect to another program, we will shut that down too!

Someone at meisters recently posted a live chat from Vanguard Support here. I found that very strange. At first I thought it was Manhatten Slots live chat, but then realized it wasn't.

I was curious, and looked up Vanguard's live chat page through a cached page. The chat link is here.

I had to go into chat and ask myself, curiousity you know.

info: All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. You are currently placed in queue number 1. The average wait is 4seconds. An operator will be with you shortly.
info: You are now chatting with 'Albert'
Albert: Welcome to casino Live Chat. How may I help you?
Daera: Hi Albert
Daera: I tried to go to your website, for Vanguard Casino, and it's redirecting to another casino that runs on RTG software, Manhatten Slots. Is Vanguard Casino closed down?
Daera: Manhattan Slots
Albert: One moment please.
Daera: ok
Albert: No, This casino is not closed. Our technical department is currently working to have this issue resolve as soon as possible.
Daera: It's so strange.
Daera: I'll check again tomorrow I guess.
Albert: We apologize for all inconvenience this may cause.
Daera: Do you happen to know who the affiliate manager is at Vanguard now?
Daera: their email contact?
Albert: One moment please.
Daera: ok
Albert: We are currently extremely busy. Please be patient I will be with you shortly. I apologize for this delay.
Daera: no hurry, I'll wait
Albert: Thank you for holding.
Albert: You will need to submit your queries through "support@vanguardcasino.com" attention Affiliate Manager. Once received it will be forwarded.
Daera: Ok, thank you
Daera: That's all I need for now. Have a nice evening
Daera: bye
Albert: Thank you for using Live Support. Should you have any future questions, please contact us again.

VERY STRANGE....

I don't really think that Lou and Warren are behind this though. Of course I don't know who's behind this. It's just my gut feeling that they're not.

I agree that we should just pull down any links. I also agree that CWC should close down any affiliate account they have, and do what they can within their terms to end anything that ends with CWC.

I do. I think warren and/or lou are behind it. It is not easy, once you invest in a casino, to get out of it. I believe that it failed because of the unethical behaviour. That is my opinion. Once you do the wrong thing, it is very, very difficult to get it back.

Slot Power never had a chance after Absolute/Cap. That is why I never promoted them.

I'm not sure you understand me. Lets say you are successful & Martyn closes their account. Whoever controls those domains then selects from 100s of other affiliate programs and starts redirecting there instead. Then you can repeat this cycle over and over and over again. Whack a mole, all of it doing nothing to improve your own business, service your own players, or make you more money. What a waste of time and effort.

Or just remove your links and forget about it.

Its far more reprehensible that these guys shut down I assume without telling players. Or perhaps they are still running the casinos but not the websites? *** AHA... hadn't seen Daera's post above before posting that. Thanks Daera
