Both working - but I noticed both are redirecting to a .co.uk domain!
Anyone else not in the UK seeing this - or could this be UK specific?

Somebody find out from Debbee who owns these two outfits, I mean she did just work for them a couple months back so she of all people should know who is behind them and who owns them ...right?

Please don't drag me into this. It's been far more than a couple months since I've worked at First Gaming (just short of eight months, to be exact). I've had nothing to do with the company since then.

It looks as if Andy has sorted out the ownership issue, so I would expect there's no further reason for me to be involved in this. My reputation means everything to me--I'm not about to let it take a hit over something that has absolutely nothing to do with me.

Yes we do.. it was posted awhile back when CAP was angry for the takeover of Absolute Slots. Owners, from Google's own results:

That was not CAP, that was posted at the aff site for Absolute Slots, which was run by Effective Media/Lou. This happened after the dissolution of the relationship between Lou and CAP. No connection to CAP.

And Lou always owned Effective Media. He started it and it was his. He listed Warren as corporate officer.

I have to agree - something just doesn't look, feel or sound right about that statement.

I can't help wondering if someone simply forgot to renew the domain registrations (like Bodog a few years back), and somebody with a grudge against Rival jumped in and grabbed them.

It's all just very weird...

I don't think that had anything at all to do with it as you can see below that the domain does not expire until 8/30/10....

I think another good question that we should be asking here is exactly how was Windows Casino partner Avi Goldman connected to these two casino operations?

The rogued casino operation "Connect To Casino" sold its interest to World eGaming as well back in March of 2005. Maybe that right there explains why "Connect To Casino" switched from the RTG Platform to the Rival Platform last year...eh

Slot Power's .com website is back up now. I just got a promotional email from Slot Power Support for a 50% weekend bonus. So I click the link in the bottom of the email and sure enough the SlotPower.com is working fine now. BUT...so is the .co.uk slotpower.co.uk link.

The odd thing about this though is that the affiliate program link on the bottom of the pages there on both domains still directs to firstgamingpartners.com where the First Gaming Partners Team message is on the white page...lol

For now, yes.
I tend to take a "wait & see" approach to situations like this, not least because to remove ALL their banners & links from all my sites would take a pretty long time, and to put them back if it turned out everything was OK would take even longer!
For casinos which only attract 2 or 3 new players (not necessarily depositing) per month anyway - it's not worth the effort.

I remain confident that no matter what happens at Rival casinos, players will not get ripped-off. That is my main concern.
